Each session is custom-created just for you — built around what your body is experiencing right now. Together we explore where you feel stuck, release tension through guided Fascial Maneuvers, and restore natural balance from the inside out.

Whether you’re managing pain, stress, or want to work with your emotions, or you're looking to gain a deeper understanding of your body, this session unfolds together in real time.

What to expect:
A personalized class on Zoom where I coach you step-by-step through maneuvers tailored to your needs. After your session, you’ll receive a recording so you can revisit your practice anytime and continue your healing journey at your own pace.
